The Grace Hopper Celebration is the world's largest gathering of women technologists, and The Home Depot wanted to connect in a fresh way. With attendees ranging from early to mid-level career, we wanted to focus on a modern and approachable space that welcomed everyone.

Based on the audience and their desire for professional development, we created the “Grow With Us” campaign. The event space was supported by live succulents that included a plant tag that listed the core values of visitors were encouraged to complete the interview checklist on the back of the tag and engage with booth recruiters and social media mentions.
