AT&T had the need to expand sales coverage to less-visited areas in their retail store without sacrificing the overall experience.  We needed to create a solution that would be able to engage customers and start the conversation within these specific verticals.

Hierarchy conducted in-person shop along research sessions to garner consumer desires as-well-as their pain points. With this information we developed a tablet experience that generated business-focused consumer personas so that visitors could quickly identify the persona that closely matched them. Once matched, products that would enhance their business communication would appear. The retail team then was alerted to continue the sales process leveraging this data from the tablet and complete the sale.
